Mark Sullivan, chairman, was the director of the U.S. Secret Service for nearly seven years, retiring from the position in February 2013. He is a partner at Global Security and Intelligence Services in Washington, D.C., which specializes in threat assessments, risk management, cybersecurity and investigations.

Todd M. Keil served as the assistant secretary for infrastructure protection at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security from December 2009 until February 2012. He is now a senior adviser at TorchStone Page, which provides risk avoidance solutions to companies and individuals.

Richard Manlove served with the United Nations in a variety of senior security positions. In 2008, he retired as the principal security adviser for United Nations operations in Iraq, later returning in a security advisory role. Manlove served for 26 years in the U.S. Army, including four years on the Army General Staff.

Raymond Mislock Jr. spent 25 years in the Federal Bureau of Investigation, retiring as the special agent in charge of the bureau's National Security Division. He later served as the security director of the Central Intelligence Agency. From 1999 to October 2011, Mislock was the chief security officer at Dupont. He is a director of Pamir Consulting, a security and risk management firm.

Timothy Murphy retired as the deputy director of the FBI in 2011 after spending 23 years in the bureau. During his career, he also served as special agent in charge of the Cincinnati field office, chief financial officer, and associate deputy director. Murphy is a vice president of MacAndrews & Forbes, a private diversified holding company.
