2-23-9- With Hillary Clinton having signaled to the Chinese dictators that we will beg for their money and ignore unfair trade practices and even human rights violations, it will be left up to President Obama to seal the deal.
- The truth is starting to seep out. Because of the need for more money to finance the latest bailout-the Obama economic stimulus plan-America is going further in debt to the Chinese Communists. Our country is officially being sold to the highest bidder. And we have striking confirmation of this fact from Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
- The good news is that a correspondent for the mainstream media-Wyatt Andrews of CBS News-has figured this out and has managed to get on the air with his terrifying findings. Andrews' report on the Friday CBS Evening News with Katie Couric was direct and to the point. Clinton is in China to beg for a handout.
- "The truth is the Administration needs China's help. America's stimulus is very expensive and the U.S. wants China to help finance it," Andrews reported. This is what America has become-a country that sends its Secretary of State abroad to beg for money from foreigners. In this case, it's a communist dictatorship that forces women to have abortions, tortures Christians, and threatens the freedom and democratic government of Taiwan.
- So the cost of the "stimulus" is more sacrifice of American independence and sovereignty, as well as our own values, ideals, and commitment to human freedom. It is a sad day both for America and China.
- Clinton was shown saying, "We are relying on the Chinese government to continue to buy our debt." The almighty dollar takes precedence over everything else, even as it falls in value and the dangers of hyperinflation and national bankruptcy loom. The tragedy is compounded by the fact that pandering to the Chinese will not solve anything. This policy, set in motion by big banks and corporations and pursued by Democratic and Republican Administrations, is what got us into this predicament in the first place.
- Clinton's comments, which concern the overall economic policy of the new administration, are far more significant than the Obama mortgage plan. Clinton is getting to the heart of the issue-how the mortgage plan and the stimulus are being financed.
- White House spokesman Robert Gibbs expressed irritation last week that CNBC commentator Rick Santelli went into a rant over the prospect of forcing American taxpayers to underwrite the bad mortgages of deadbeats and others who are unable to pay their mortgages. But Santelli only touched on one small part of the problem.
- Where's the outrage over the pro-China policy that spans several administrations, and which has benefited his corporate bosses at General Electric, of permitting the communist dictatorship in Beijing to have the upper hand in global trade relations? All that Santelli has to do to understand this problem is attend a GE annual meeting and listen to the complaints of the GE workers losing their jobs to China. But don't expect to see anything about that on CNBC, NBC, or MSNBC.
- If you want more information on this travesty, please go to the website <http://www.screwthatbulb.org>www.screwthatbulb.org and learn how GE is going "green," which has the effect of shipping American jobs to China. If Santelli did a rant about that, you can bet he wouldn't be on the air again.
- We were already in terrible shape under the Bush Administration because of a mysterious financial collapse apparently caused by illegal manipulation of our markets, but now the communists have us completely over a barrel because the Obama Administration, with the acquiescence of Congress, recklessly decided to spend even more money that we don't have. Under the circumstances, this is criminal negligence.
- Mrs. Clinton is officially stating what everyone should know is the truth. She deserves credit for being brutally honest. America has become a subsidiary of China Inc. In order for the U.S. to stay afloat, we have to depend on Beijing to finance a bailout. But the other major problem, of course, is that the stimulus is not a bailout in any real sense of the word. It depends on more government debt and borrowing at a huge cost of being more indebted to the Chinese. So the bailout is really digging our nation's grave deeper.
- To make matters even worse, as the Andrews report made clear, the cost will include the jobs that the Obama Administration says will be created by the stimulus. He interviewed an American manufacturer about the loss of American jobs caused by China's trade practices, who said that the "cheating" in global trade has cost millions of American manufacturing jobs.
- In the end, the only "jobs" that will be created or "saved," as Obama likes to say, will likely be those benefiting from spending the federal money that the federal government doesn't have. Most of them work for government at all levels.
- Productive private sector manufacturing jobs will not be created-and cannot be-because despite their campaign promises, neither Obama nor Hillary will do anything about those unfair Chinese trade practices, such as the currency manipulation, that make Chinese goods artificially cheap and American goods more expensive.
- The Andrews report, which caught me completely by surprise on a newscast that tends to portray the new Administration in completely flattering tones, was absolutely blistering in contrasting what Obama and Clinton had said during the campaign and what they are doing now.
- "Both the man who became the President and his future Secretary of State told the voters they would make the [trade] cheating go away," Andrews reported. He showed candidate Obama saying that he would do everything in his power to stop China from manipulating its currency and Hillary saying that she would "aggressively crack down on China's unfair trade practices." These claims were shown to be empty and abandoned campaign promises. We should have assumed that would be the case.
- Andrews asked Secretary of State Clinton about this and "she explained that times have changed." Clinton said, "That was at a different time when we weren't facing the kind of difficult situations we face today." Translation: we need their money and we are in no position to demand or criticize anything. These Clinton comments preceded Andrews' remarks about the cost of the stimulus and the perceived need to get China to help finance it.
- As we had noted in a previous column about the Administration's so-called economic program, Clinton was going to China for the purpose of getting Chinese money to finance the stimulus. Now we have it all on the record. Her trip was designed to reinforce Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner's private conversations on this topic with Chinese officials.
- The land of the free and the home of the brave has now become the land of the quivering milquetoast, in awe of an emerging Communist giant that our big banks and corporations, as well as our government, have built into an economic superpower.
- President Obama apparently sees nothing wrong with this. Indeed, during the campaign he praised China's staging of the Olympic Games, saying their infrastructure was impressive and was something the U.S. might consider emulating.
- Now, with Hillary Clinton having signaled to the Chinese dictators that we will beg for their money and ignore unfair trade practices and even human rights violations, it will be left up to President Obama to seal the deal. When he gives his State of the Union-like speech to Congress and the American people on Tuesday night, he will in reality be auditioning for a front-row seat on the board of directors of China Inc. Don't expect to hear anything critical of the butchers in Beijing.

It’s Either Us or Islam – Our Government Says ISLAM

I wrote an article recently on Russ Baker’s book “Family of Secrets.” The article is essentially about America’s connection to Saudi oil. The relationship began a long time ago in the early 1900s and through FDR. From that point, it grew into what it has become: Saudi oil to America in exchange for supporting the Saudis.
I make the claim that because of this connection, America is beholden to the Saudis. In order to keep that relationship strong and continue receiving their oil uninterrupted, America has promised to support the Saudis. Supporting the Saudis means allowing them to gain a foothold into America through oil. They currently are half-owners of the Motiva oil refinery in Port Arthur, TX, which has gotten them into over 33 individual states of the U.S. and has placed America in the position of actually bowing to the Saudis. Obama did this physically shortly after his first win as president in 2008.
Part of the problem with being in bed with the Saudis means that Islam comes with it. It’s kind of marrying someone and having to spend the same amount of time with the ugly step-daughter as well. Islam is part and parcel of Saudi Arabia.
Because of this, we see Islam becoming a protected ideology within the borders of America all the while Christianity and other religions are downplayed and even panned. Our federal government is under an obligation to ensure that the Saudis are given whatever they want because they sell us oil.
But in reality, does that relationship mean that our elected officials are concerned about Americans? Are they in bed with Saudis because they want to ensure that Americans do not run out of oil? It only looks like that. In truth, the relationship with the Saudis means that the people who are in charge of oil in this country are getting extremely wealthy. That is the reason our government is in bed with the Saudis.
Yes, Americans need oil and the pipeline between Saudi Arabia and America needs to remain open. But that is because those who control the oil have ensured that oil will always be the fuel that America needs. Oh, I’m aware of how Obama tried to pass himself off as the “green energy” president, by giving several alternative fuel companies millions and billions of dollars. These companies eventually failed. What Obama did was for looks. The companies were not supposed to succeed. It would have undermined the Saudi/American oil relationship and hurt people who have gained unimaginable wealth because of it. People like George Bush Sr., and Jr. as well as Cheney and a host of others, like the Rockefellers.
Obama is an interesting bird. When he first became president, his net worth was something like $1 and 6 million. He has since doubled that I believe. But if you consider that amount of money compared to what the Bushes have and the Rockefellers and others like them, having one to six million is like you and I having a few thousand. It’s nothing. Obama is truly the Manchurian puppet controlled by others who have allowed him to be where he is today and as long as he continues to obey them, he will gain some wealth. If he screws up, he will be exiled…like Nixon was through Watergate. You didn’t really think that the situation arose because Woodward and Bernstein were tremendous reporters, did you? They were used too, in order to bring down a president who did not want to continue playing the game and taking orders. He was unpredictable and not solid. He couldn’t be counted on and his paranoia was getting to him. He needed to be removed, but not killed. It’s politics. Do the research.
Because of the Saudis, America’s dependence upon them and their oil, and our government willing to do whatever to keep the oil pipeline open, Islam is being used. It was used during Jimmy Carter’s tenure as president as well, to bring down Communism then and it is being used now throughout the world (including America) to destabilize things.
Islam is not a religion and people need to get that through their heads. It is an ideology. That ideology – as Ann Barnhardt says – is one of sedition. It is impossible for Islam to work with other ideologies. It is impossible for Islam to settle for second place. Read the Qur’an yourself. I have three translations of it. Read it. Wrap your own brain around it and reject what others say about Islam (that it’s a religion of peace).
Our government is using Islam to create an unstable economy and society. It is illegally granting Islam the very things that it will not extend to Christianity or other religions found in America. The red carpet is slowly being rolled out and those in our government who are rolling it out are traitors to America. They need to be arrested and charged with sedition.
By rolling out the red carpet and bending over backwards for Islam, our government is essentially telling us that we need to accept Islam. I am fine with Muslims, as long as they abide by the same rules forced on me. Once I see they are getting a leg up or are given special privileges like they are, then I realize that something else is at play here and it needs to stop.
I reject the special privileges given to Islam! I will not choose Islam over freedom. I will never bow to Islam.
Americans are fighting a good many things these days and every fight is connected to our government. We are fighting to maintain the 1st Amendment, the 2nd Amendment, the 4th Amendment all the while our government is using the 5th Amendment to protect itself.
The trouble is that our government is being guided by its relationship with the Saudis. Because of that, we are really fighting against Islam because of Islam’s connection to the Saudis and it all goes back to our need for oil.
I know it sounds overly simplistic, but the truth is that this exists and essentially, the goal is to bring down America, the same way that Islam has nearly brought down The Netherlands and the UK and created havoc in France, Belgium, and other places.
The people who are in charge do not care about Americans. They care about lining their own pockets. They have become cesspools of greed. They need to be stopped and I think the best way to stop them is to stop Islam. Just as hundreds of people went to the recent “outreach” event in Tennessee featuring our government siding with Islam, we need to make sure that we are vigilant against Islam’s encroachment.
Recently, the San Francisco Airport used public money to turn part of one of their parking garages into an area of prayer for Muslims, complete with foot-washing basins. Would they have done so for Christians? Of course not. How do they get away with it when it is obviously illegal? No one complains, or not enough complain.
Being a Christian doesn’t mean being “nice” and getting along with everyone. Read the New Testament. John the Baptist didn’t get along with everyone. Neither did Jesus. Neither did His apostles and other followers. Why do we think that if we become righteously indignant about what is wrong with society, we are somehow bringing dishonor to Christ? Sorry, it’s the other way. By remaining silent, we become complicit and because of that, we bring dishonor to Christ.
It is time to make our stand, folks. It’s either us or Islam. Our government says “Islam.” What say you?

Two reporters with Campus Reform were
questioned and practically detained by University of Maryland police on
Wednesday after they attempted to film an alleged secret government
government facility where some think Edward Snowden worked as a security
guard in 2005.
Sgt. Aaron Davis, a spokesman for the University of Maryland Police Department, told Campus Reform that his officers were acting at the direction of “NSA security” officials.
“We respond to them,” Davis added.

“Do you guys have your ID on you?” officer Minkyu Pak asked Campus Reform reporter Timothy Dionisopoulous.“Am I obligated to give it to you?” responded Dionisopoulous.“Yeah if you don’t give your ID… [inaudible] you have to leave the area,” said officer Pak. “So if you don’t want to give me your ID, you have to leave.”In the Wednesday incident, however, UMD police banned Campus Reform reporter Katherine Timpf and contributor Spencer Schredder from filming on the public road outside the building.“Don’t film this direction,” an unidentified officer wearing a bulletproof vest who was accompanied by another unidentified officer in a suit, told Timpf.“You cannot film the area,” Officer “Walker” of the University of Maryland Police Department said several minutes later. “[Y]ou have nothing more to do here except leave.”
Campus Reform’s Oliver Darcy told
TheBlaze on Wednesday that while the reporters were never handcuffed,
police would not let them know if they were free to go.

But Davis reportedly told Campus
Reform later that he was unaware of any laws or ordinances that would
prohibit reporters from photographing the building. He also reiterated
that UMD police were simply following the requests of “NSA security.”
NSA spokeswoman Vanee Vines did not comment on why NSA security officials called on police to confront the reporters.
“I don’t know. I wasn’t there,” she said.
“Neither Vines or the university would
say whether or not the building, which is officially called the Center
for Advanced Study of Language (CASL), located on the school’s main
College Park campus at 7005 52nd Avenue in College Park, Maryland, is a
covert NSA facility,” Campus Reform reports.
“According to a legal guide published
by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), individuals are permitted
to photograph federal buildings from public property,” the report adds.

radical Islamic ties were overlooked.

“The FBI never canvassed Boston mosques
until four days after the April 15 attacks,” he said. “If the Russians
tell you that someone has been radicalized and you go check and see the
mosque that they went to, then you get the articles of incorporation as I
have for the group that created the Boston mosque where these Tsarnaevs
attended and you find out the name Alamoudi.”
Abdurahman Alamoudi, who was convicted
and is currently in jail for supporting terrorism, co-founded the mosque
that the two Boston bombing suspects attended in Boston, Gohmert
lectured.
“And you didn’t even bother to go check
about the mosque?” he added. “Then when you have the pictures, why did
no one go to the mosque and say, ‘who are these guys?’”

Mueller then accused Gohmert of not having his facts “together,” setting off an explosive exchange.
“Point out specifically,” Gohmert began.
“May I finish my–” the FBI boss shot back.
“Sir, if you are going to call me a liar, you need to point out specifically where any facts are wrong,” Gohmert said.
Mueller countered by arguing that the
FBI was at the Boston mosque months prior to the Boston bombing as a
part of its “outreach efforts.”
“Were you aware that those mosques were started by Alamoudi?” Gohmert pressed.
“I’ve answered the question,” Mueller said.
“You didn’t answer the question, were you aware they were started by Alamoudi?”
“No,” the FBI director finally muttered.
“You were not, thank you,” Gohmert concluded.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE OBAMA DOCKET
- The MLA has submitted a complaint to the National Directorate of Public Prosecutions (“the NDPP”), the Head of the Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation of the South African Police Service (“the DIPCI”), the National Commissioner of the South African Police Service (“the SAPS”), the Honourable Minister of Safety and Security and the Director General of the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development, being the Central Authority in terms of inter alia, The Implementation of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court Act 27 of 2002 (“the ICC Act”), requesting the institution of a criminal investigation, and the arrest and prosecution of Barack Hussein Obama (“Obama”) for war crimes, genocide as well as crimes against humanity committed by him via the implementaion of the US administration’s drone strike policies.
- With the supporting annexures, the complaint comprises 658 pages and because the complaint requests a criminal investigation the complaint can not currently be made available to the public in its entirety.
- This document seeks to provide a general overview of the complaint.
- The complaint requests the authorities:
4.1. to initiate an investigation into the conduct of the president of the United States of America, BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA (“the accused”),
4.2. to effect the arrest of the accused or secure his presence for trial by other lawful means, and
4.3. to prosecute the accused in respect of the offences outlined below, or
4.4. to refer the case against the accused to the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court to exercise jurisdiction in accordance with Article 13 and 14 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, adopted by the United Nations Diplomatic Conference of Plenipotentiaries on the Establishment of an International Criminal Court on 17th July 1998 and ratified by the Republic on 10th November 2000. (A copy of the Statute is attached as an Annexure to the Implementation of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court Act 2002)
- The docket clearly sets out a strong prima facie case of alleged war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide committed by the US administration’s drone policy.
- The MLA submits that inaction by the authorities would be an open invitation to the accused to extend his nefarious extra-judicial killing spree to include the killing of South Africans within South Africa and to assassinate any persons merely suspected of being terrorists by the USA who happen to be on South African soil.
- The most basic of all human rights is the right to life. The right to life is guaranteed by article 8 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. There are 167 signatories to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights; giving the rules embodied therein universal status under International Law.
- The MLA submits that South Africa, through its ratification of the Rome Statute and subsequent domestication thereof through the ICC Act, assumed a number of binding obligations. Parliament’s intention in this respect was unambiguous; namely that South Africa committed itself to the investigation of international crimes and the arrest and prosecution of perpetrators thereof.
- It is apparent from the ICC Act that a Head of State or member of Government such as the accused may be prosecuted and that Diplomatic immunity is not a defence.
11. Such murders have been committed in sovereign territories and has extended to Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen and on African soil in Somalia. They are ongoing occurances.
12. Such persons as are identified to be assassinated are not arrested or tried in a Court of law. They are assassinated on the basis of mere accusations levelled against them. The alleged evidence is kept secret. There is no judicial oversight to determine if listed persons are indeed guilty of any alleged crime. They are deprived of a hearing (let alone a fair one) as well as an opportunity to present mitigating factors even if found to be guilty. There are no due process rights and such persons are not afforded their most basic human rights.
13. The process of identifying listed persons, if such a process even exists, is a closely gaurded secret. Accountability is not part of the equation and these acts of annihilation can only be called murder.
- 14. At all material times the accused knew or foresaw the possibility that the use of drones to carry out the assassinations of the listed persons would cause civilian casualties.
- 15. This notwithstanding, the accused implemented the policy, indifferent to the consequences thereof on innocent lives, including those of children.
17. The USA armed forces, headed by the accused, have demonstrated an utter disregard for the territorial sovereignty of nation states and have repeatedly, with alarming regularity, invaded the air space of sovereign states to carry out attacks and assassinations. The territorial sovereignty of every country is thus threatened by the USA policy that the accused has implemented in the past and continues to implement.
18. During his term in office, the accused has intentionally sanctioned the use of drones in a manner which offends the fundamental principles of due process, distinction, proportionality, humanity, military necessity and has violated the international laws of war and international humanitarian law.
19. He has also assassinated his own citizens: Anwar Al Awlaqi, Abdul Rahman Al Awlaqi and Sameer Khan who were all adherents of the Islamic faith. Anwar Al Awlaqi and his 16 year old son Abdul Rahman Al Awlaqi as well as Sameer Khan were all US citizens at the time of their deaths.
20. On the direct instructions of the accused, they were each assassinated in two separate drone attacks, two weeks apart from each other by the USA armed forces in Yemen.
21. Many innocent civilians including woman and children have been murdered by unlawful drone attacks.
- 22. There is no valid reason as to why the USA cannot capture persons that it suspects as being terrorists and provide such persons with due process and the full protection that the law affords to arrested persons. In fact the USA has captured many such persons and is illegally detaining them at Guantanamo Bay and various other secret prisons internationally.
- 23. Instead the USA has murdered persons without providing supporting evidence of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
- 25. The learned judge held that the policy violates the Geneva Convention and Article 7 of the Additional Protocol 1, because the killings were not necessary and the use of force was disproportionate. The learned judge held further that the forming of an opinion by the CIA that the strikes target groups of men who are alleged militants who have links with alleged terrorist groups is based on ‘figments of imagination’.
27. The accused has also utilised a systematic policy of enforced disappearance of persons known colloquially as “extra-judicial renditions”.
- 28. He continues to keep Guantanamo Bay open and continues the unlawful detention and torture of its inmates despite the fact that commitments to close the facility have been continuing for years.
30. The provisions of South Africa’s International Criminal Court Act 27 of 2002 make it very clear that a head of state cannot be immunized from an alleged arrest or investigations for crimes against humanity, war crimes or genocide.
31. The MLA aims to use the freedoms enshrined in the South African Constitution and the provisions of the ICC Act to seek justice for those victims of drone attacks who have not been afforded their most basic right, the right to life.

For a few weeks, things got somewhat quieter in Mexico, but with the execution of those four women, Zetas seem to have opened a can of worms and all hell seems to have broken loose. How the Gulf Cartel picks their victims to behead and dismember is anyone’s guess. There have been cases of ordinary people being kidnapped for show executions, and confessing to working for the rival cartel in order to avoid endless torture before beheading so who knows. It certainly seems as though many of these people are easy targets because they’re poor so they can’t afford their own army of bodyguards to protect them.
In this newly released video, members of the Gulf Cartel interrogate, behead and dismember four people who appear to “confess” that they’d worked for the Zeta cartel. One of the condemned is a woman who is held topless, dressed in only her underwear. Mexican drug cartels definitely seem to have dwindled away from using knife for beheadings, after years of embarrassing themselves with their inability to use them effectively so now they stick mostly with axes or machetes. As much as a beheading with an axe appears extremely brutal, it’s actually far more humane and faster than a beheading by knife. At least in Mexico.

Boston Bomb Suspect Says He Has Thousands in Donations

Tsarnaev's phone call to his mother, Zubeidat Tsarnaeva, was recorded, apparently by his parents, and a translation was aired on Channel 4 News in the U.K. Tsarnaev's mother tells him in the recording that $8,000 has been given to the family in Dagestan as well.
The call, which occurred last week was the first between the 19-year-old suspect and his parents. The parents say they have been allowed one phone call a month with their son since his arrest.
Tsarnaev's 26-year-old brother, Tamerlan, was killed in a firefight with Boston police after the two were named suspects after video was released of them near the bomb sites. Three people were killed in the explosions and almost 300 were injured.
